0% VAT on External Wall Insulation
In a bid to reduce the cost on Energy Saving Materials, the UK Government has announced that you do not need to pay VAT on external wall insulation if you use a VAT registered installer. This came into play from April 1st 2022.

What Does this Mean?
0% VAT will significantly lower the cost of installing External Wall Insulation. This will save you money in both the short and long run. You will still need to pay 20% on the goods, but there will be no VAT on the labour.
Installing EWI can greatly reduce your energy bills. It can typically reduce your heating bill by up to 50%. As energy prices rise, your yearly savings will increase.
